Job summary

The Diez Group in Dearborn, MI is seeking a skilled Maintenance Tech to repair, install and dismantle machinery per blueprints and diagrams. You will troubleshoot mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems and program FANUC/ABB robots, while coordinating with engineering and contractors.

Candidates should have a minimum of 5 years’ experience, solid English communication, and proven welding and blueprint-reading skills.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Millwright training completed.
• Minimum 5 years of maintenance experience.
• Excellent written and verbal communication in English.
• Proven ability to troubleshoot FANUC and ABB robots.
• Experience with Allen Bradley and Siemens PLC/HMI.

Responsibilities

• Repair automated machinery and equipment.
• Support predictive and preventative maintenance tasks and document results.
• Troubleshoot mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic problems.
• Understand machine setup and operation from drawings.
• Program and modify FANUC and ABB robot programs.
• Provide safety-compliant supervision of outside contractors.
