Job summary

Camco Manufacturing Llc in Greensboro, NC is seeking a Maintenance Technician to perform general preventive maintenance across production areas, warehouse, and offices. You may operate forklifts and assist with product handling while supporting our core values and customer service.

The role requires proficiency in two or more trades (electrical, carpentry, plumbing, HVAC, painting), a high school diploma, and 2–3 years forklift experience plus 3–5 years of manufacturing field work.

Qualifications

• A high school diploma or equivalent experience.
• Advanced mechanical abilities and general facility maintenance.
• Strong Electrical and PLC skills.
• 2–3 years of forklift experience, strongly preferred.
• 3–5 years of manufacturing field experience.
• Computer skills for operating warehouse management system (WMS).

Responsibilities

• Performs general maintenance and inspection on equipment in warehouse and production areas.
• Troubleshoots and performs routine maintenance, installation and repairs on building systems and manufacturing equipment.
• Move inventory using forklift, pallet jack, and handcart; assist in on-call coverage and shift changes.
• Demonstrates safe use of hand and power tools and ensures compliance with OSHA safety regulations.
• Participates in routine inspections (QC, preventive maintenance, machinery, etc.).
• Supports continuous learning and adherence to company core values.
