Job summary

Jacam Chemical Company 2013, LLC is seeking a maintenance technician to perform installation, repair, and preventive maintenance on piping, pumps, equipment and other fixed assets. The role requires hands-on work and some computer use, with the ability to read technical and safety information.

The ideal candidate has a high school diploma or GED, maintenance experience, strong communication, teamwork, and a valid driver's license.

Qualifications

Maintenance experience preferred.
Logical and practical thinker with good problem-solving.
Able to work with others and communicate clearly.
Valid driver's license required.

Responsibilities

Lubricates, cleans, and repairs equipment per routine schedule.
Provides a basic assessment of general equipment condition and reports problems.
Communicate issues clearly and concisely.
Maintains housekeeping throughout the plant.
Operate plant machinery to move supplies or for cleaning as needed.
Assist as laborer for expansion projects (conduit, piping, wire pulls).
Assist in general maintenance of north and south plant facilities.
Seasonal yard work including mowing and weed eating.
Interact with personnel to maintain safe, efficient operation of the plant.
Other assignments or projects as requested by the manager.
