Job summary

Love's Travel Stops is hiring for a customer-facing role in Mississippi. You will help customers, support store, restaurant, and truck care departments, and assist with cleaning, stocking, and basic maintenance to keep operations running smoothly.

You'll use tools to maintain facilities, learn cross‑department duties, and follow safety policies to ensure a safe, satisfying experience for customers and drivers alike.

Qualifications

• Customer-facing roles with focus on positive service.
• Ability to perform cleaning and basic maintenance tasks.
• Stock shelves and support multiple departments as needed.

Responsibilities

• Provide assistance and resolve issues to ensure a positive customer experience.
• Assist store, restaurant, and truck care departments with cleaning, maintenance, stocking, and customer service needs.
• Operate tools and equipment to clean and maintain facility operations, including basic repairs.
• Cross-train in other departments such as Store Cashier, Restaurant Cashier, Facility Maintenance, and Leadership Roles.
• Adhere to safety policies and prioritize customer safety and satisfaction.

Job Functions:

• This is a customer-facing position with general customer service duties including, but not limited to, providing assistance, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive customer experience.
• Assisting store, restaurant, and truck care departments with general cleaning, maintenance, stocking, and customer service needs.
• Use of various tools and equipment to clean and maintain the overall facility operations to include, but not limited to, equipment repair and maintenance (HVAC systems, fuel systems, service trucks, refrigeration systems, etc.), pressure washing, plumbing repair, site inspections, and other assigned duties.
• Additional duties could include cross‑training in other departments such as Store Cashier, Restaurant Cashier, Facility Maintenance, and Leadership Roles.
• Always put the safety and satisfaction of your customers first, complying with company safety policies & procedures.
• Ability to move, lift 25+ pounds. Ability to work in various temperatures.
