Love’s Travel Stops & Country Stores Inc. is seeking Maintenance Technicians to ensure a safe, clean, and well‑maintained facility while assisting the manager to keep operations smooth and customers satisfied. No experience required—we will teach you!

Responsibilities include customer service, supporting multiple departments with maintenance tasks, and using tools to maintain HVAC, fuel, and plumbing systems. Emphasis on safety and positive customer experience.

Qualifications

• Customer-facing role experience preferred.
• Ability to resolve issues and ensure a positive customer experience.
• Willingness to learn and be taught on the job.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service and assist in daily store operations.
• Support store, restaurant, and truck care teams with maintenance and cleaning tasks.
• Operate tools to clean, repair, and maintain facility systems (HVAC, plumbing, fuel systems).
• Cross-train in other departments such as cashier roles and leadership tasks.
• Prioritize safety and customer satisfaction in all duties.
• Ability to move and lift 25+ pounds and work in varying temperatures.

Job Functions:

• This is a customer-facing position with general customer service duties including, but not limited to, providing assistance, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive customer experience.
• Assisting store, restaurant, and truck care departments with general cleaning, maintenance, stocking, and customer service needs.
• Use of various tools and equipment to clean and maintain the overall facility operations to include, but not limited to, equipment repair and maintenance (HVAC systems, fuel systems, service trucks, refrigeration systems, etc.), pressure washing, plumbing repair, site inspections, and other assigned duties.
• Additional duties could include cross‑training in other departments such as Store Cashier, Restaurant Cashier, Facility Maintenance, and Leadership Roles.
• Always put the safety and satisfaction of your customers first, complying with company safety policies & procedures.
• Ability to move, lift 25+ pounds. Ability to work in various temperatures.
