Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Maintain repainting program to keep a well-kept appearance.

• Carry out general carpentry and related renovations in the facility.
• Operate MEWPs (scissor/boom lifts) when needed for tasks.
• Support daily maintenance and safety of tenants and staff.
