Berkshire Residential Investments is seeking a Maintenance Technician for the Museum District in Houston, TX. The role involves maintaining the property's physical attributes, assisting management with standards, and ensuring safety. The candidate will handle plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and general building upkeep, while delivering friendly, resident-focused service.

Experience in upkeep of a multi‑unit community is preferred. This position may require on‑call rotation and weekend work.

• At least one year of maintenance experience in a multi‑unit community.
• Knowledge of appliances, plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and building upkeep.
• Proficient in writing, speaking, and understanding English.
• Comfortable using computers and related applications.
