KMG Prestige is seeking a Maintenance Technician to join our Grand Rapids team at Diamond Place I & II. You will be responsible for the overall maintenance of the property, handling service requests, apartment turns, and responding to emergencies on-call.

Ideal candidates have basic HVAC knowledge and experience with plumbing, electrical, drywall, and appliance repair. We value detail orientation and a customer-service mindset to keep residents happy.

Qualifications

• Basic HVAC knowledge.
• Experience with plumbing, electrical, and drywall.
