Job summary

Berkshire Residential Investments is seeking a Maintenance Technician in Colorado. You will support the maintenance of our residential community, ensure safety, and uphold quality standards across appliances, plumbing, electrical, and carpentry tasks.

You will also assist management, serve residents, and help preserve curb appeal with a strong customer-service mindset. Ideal candidates have at least one year of community maintenance experience, are proficient with computers, and communicate

Qualifications

• At least one year of maintenance experience in a residential community.
• Experience with appliances, plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and general building maintenance.
• Strong written and spoken English proficiency.
• Proficient with computers and related software.

Responsibilities

• Own and drive preservation of the property's physical attributes.
• Support management in upholding community standards and procedures.
• Ensure safety measures are enforced.
• Maintain shop, equipment, inventory, and key security.

• Be an inspector! Curb appeal is imperative, make sure the property looks its' best

• At least one year prior experience in the maintenance needs of a community


• Working knowledge of appliances, plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and building maintenance

The expected salary range for this Colorado position is between $24.00 and $28.00 per hour. The actual compensation will be determined based on experience and other factors permitted by law.
