Job summary

Amcor is seeking a maintenance-oriented professional to support production in Goshen, Indiana. The role focuses on maintaining production machines through preventive programs, handling unscheduled service, and assisting in facility and safety operations.

You will work to improve production efficiency while upholding GMP and ISO/QMS standards, and contribute to Amcor's safety-focused culture and world-class packaging operations.

• Respond to unscheduled maintenance and service requests for production equipment.
• Assist in maintaining facility systems and overall plant operations.
• Assist in improving overall production effectiveness.
• Assist in ensuring safe operations and compliance with safety procedures.

Primary Job Functions

• Maintain all production related machines/equipment through scheduled preventive maintenance program


• Provide unscheduled maintenance and service to all production machines and equipment


• Assist in the maintenance of the facility systems


• Assist in increasing the overall effectiveness of production


• Assist in the assurance of safe operations


• Maintain the tool room, tools, and equipment


• Maintain knowledge of QMS and ISO Standards


• Maintain a GUNG-HO attitude in support of the Berry Global vision statement, goals, and company culture


• Follow and encourage GMP's (Good Manufacturing Practices)


• Ensure that safety is a priority by following all safety procedures
