You will diagnose, repair, and install building equipment while following established procedures. The position involves collaboration on work orders and adherence to safety regulations in a dynamic facilities

About the Role:

As a CBRE Maintenance Technician, you will be responsible for maintaining small to medium-sized buildings, industrial systems, and equipment. This job is part of the Engineering and Technical Services job function. They are responsible for providing support, preventive maintenance, and repairs on equipment and systems. This is a night shift position that works from 6pm-6am.

• Conduct routine maintenance inspections, diagnose potential problems, and make repairs.
