Job summary

A respected venue in Chanhassen, MN is seeking a part-time Maintenance Associate to perform diverse maintenance duties including electrical, mechanical, and carpentry tasks. Responsibilities include assisting with daily maintenance, inspecting facilities, and ensuring safety standards. Qualifications

• Must be able to perform physical activities, including standing and lifting.
• Able to work at heights and in confined spaces safely.
• Willingness to pass a drug test and background check.

Responsibilities

• Assist with daily maintenance issues and ensure timely resolutions.
• Inspect buildings and systems for safety and maintenance.
• Identify hazards and the need for repairs.
• Assist with preventive maintenance and troubleshooting.
• Move and handle supplies and equipment as needed.
• Wear protective equipment during work duties.
• Perform locksmith duties, including installing and repairing locks.
