Cambria in Greenfield, IN is seeking a Maintenance Technician responsible for maintaining safe, clean, and fully operational facilities and shop equipment. You will monitor, inspect, and perform routine maintenance to minimize downtime and address issues promptly.

The role requires reading engineering drawings, following safety protocols, and collaborating across teams to sustain equipment readiness. Candidates should have at least 2 years in manufacturing maintenance, forklift and crane

Qualifications

• Education: High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Experience: 2+ years Manufacturing maintenance experience.
• Systems: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace preferred

Responsibilities

• Monitor and maintain electrical and mechanical equipment to ensure proper operation.
• Maintain production and support equipment including electrical, control, and mechanical systems.
• Interpret engineering drawings and schematics in a fast-paced manufacturing setting.
• Manage preventative maintenance schedules and complete work orders on time.
• Troubleshoot malfunctions and perform timely repairs.
• Assist with installation, maintenance, and repair of mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems.
• Maintain accurate maintenance records and comply with safety standards.
