Job summary

RAM Partners, LLC is seeking a Maintenance Technician for Vintage at Emory Road in Powell, TN. You will use your maintenance experience to preserve the property's physical integrity and respond to work orders.

Responsibilities include completing work orders, preventative maintenance, grounds care, and safety adherence. EPA HVAC/CPO preferred; valid driver’s license required; multitasking and weekend availability are expected.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required; college degree is a plus.
• EPA HVAC and CPO certification preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Basic computer knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel).
• Able to multitask and meet deadlines in a timely manner.
• Willing to work a flexible schedule including weekends.

Responsibilities

• Completes work orders in a timely manner based on priority.
• Completes make readies.
• Maintaining Property Grounds and common areas.
• Preventative Maintenance.
• Maintain a clean and well-organized shop and other work areas.
• Provide a parts and material list needed on a weekly basis; assist in coverage of emergency calls with other team members.
