Job summary

Olympus Property is seeking a dedicated Maintenance Technician to join our service team in Phoenix. You will perform repairs and preventative maintenance across our properties, including HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and appliance systems, while upholding Olympus Property’s core values.

The role supports both residential facilities and common areas, with a focus on timely, quality work. You will work Monday–Friday 9 AM–6 PM, with occasional on-call and overtime.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of commercial, residential, or apartment Maintenance experience.
• Knowledge of HVAC systems and/or an EPA/HVAC license.
• Must be available for on call and weekends and overtime when needed.
• Ability to work independently & with a team.

Responsibilities

• Perform maintenance requests with knowledge of plumbing, carpentry, painting, appliance repair, etc.
• Preventative maintenance and diagnosis on HVAC units, replacing filters, and cleaning coils
• Repair and replace furnished kitchen appliances, refrigerators, stoves, washers and dryers, ovens, and microwaves
• Minor to moderate-level plumbing repairs, replacements, and installation
• Repair or replace sink/shower/toilet fixtures
• Repair or replace electrical fixtures and switches
• Lock changes, lockouts, and replace doors, doorknobs, and lock systems
• Operate various equipment, hand tools, and power tools
• Upkeep and organization of maintenance shop and inventory
• Track service requests and maintenance work performed through software systems
• Assist in maintaining the grounds, interior and exterior common areas, and pools
• Work closely with Lead Maintenance Technician on daily and weekly priorities
• Available as needed for emergency maintenance requests

Initial pay range (based on location, experience, etc.): $20.00 - $22.00/per hour

Eligible team members receive monthly and quarterly bonuses!
