Job summary

RLS LLC in Hazelwood, MO is seeking a Maintenance Technician to install, maintain and repair manufacturing equipment in a climate-controlled plant. You will troubleshoot and repair mechanical, hydraulic, electrical, and pneumatic systems, create machine programs, and maintain standard maintenance procedures.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years in manufacturing and a degree in Industrial Maintenance or equivalent.

Qualifications

• Degree in Industrial Maintenance or equivalent preferred.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in a production/manufacturing environment.
• Knowledge of electrical, hydraulics, pneumatics, servos, relays, networks, touchscreens and robotics.

Responsibilities

• Operate and maintain a safe maintenance program for all production machines.
• Troubleshoot machine issues and perform repairs/modifications (mechanical, hydraulic, electrical).
• Collaborate with operations, production, engineering, maintenance personnel and vendors to repair or improve equipment.
• Create/maintain process machine programs (recipes).
• Create/maintain standard work documents for maintenance.

In this role, you will maintain and troubleshoot custom-built industrial manufacturing equipment.
