The Westover Companies is seeking a Maintenance Technician for our Berwyn, PA apartment community. You will perform routine maintenance requests, preventative maintenance, and turnovers to keep units and common areas in excellent condition.

Diagnose and repair HVAC, electrical, and plumbing issues, bring your own basic hand tools, and participate in on-call coverage. We offer a comprehensive benefits package and a $1000 sign-on bonus.

He/she will be responsible for completing this work safely and timely to provide our residents with superior customer service.
