JVM Realty in Madison, Wisconsin is seeking a hands-on Maintenance Technician to keep our multifamily communities safe, functional, and welcoming. You will handle repairs, preventative maintenance, and on-call tasks to ensure smooth operations across apartments and common areas.

Ideal candidates bring experience in property maintenance, knowledge of HVAC systems, plumbing, and electrical repair, and comfort with hand and power tools.

Formación

• Experience in property maintenance, building operations, or a related trade.
• Working knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and appliance repair.
• Ability to use hand tools, power tools, and basic diagnostic equipment.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Customer-service mindset and teamwork.
• Ability to work on-call shifts, evenings, or weekends.

Responsabilidades
