We are seeking a reliable and experienced Maintenance Technician for a luxury condominium community. This position is ideal for a hands‑on professional with experience in building maintenance, routine plumbing repairs and general facility upkeep. The successful candidate will help maintain a safe, clean, and well‑functioning residential environment by responding to maintenance requests, completing work orders, and supporting the building's engineering team. Immediate availability is strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Respond to and complete resident and building maintenance work orders in a timely manner.
• Perform routine plumbing repairs, troubleshooting and minor repairs.
• Handle general maintenance tasks, including minor electrical work, basic carpentry, painting and other repairs as needed.
• Assist with maintaining the functionality and appearance of common areas and individual residential units.
• Work closely with the Chief Engineer to prioritize maintenance requests and address building needs.
• Provide professional, courteous service while respecting residents' privacy and property.
