Job summary

Qualifications

• Must be a high school graduate or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Assist Maintenance Director in ensuring Life Safety Code compliance, and keeping the physical plant, equipment, grounds and utilities in good working order.
• Follow health, sanitary and infection control policies and standards of practice.
• Adhere to community policies and procedures for maintenance operations.
