Job summary

Dominium is seeking a Maintenance Technician for Kinwood, a 200-unit community in McKinney, TX. You will support the general upkeep to ensure a great living experience for residents.

Responsibilities include completing work requests, preventative maintenance, appliance repairs, and prepping vacant units. On-call duties may arise with a trip stipend. Valid driver's license required, EPA/HVAC experience preferred.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years previous experience in maintenance preferred.
• Basic knowledge of electrical systems, plumbing systems, and painting.
• HVAC and EPA experience preferred.
• CPO certification preferred.
• Valid drivers' license and insurance may be required.
