Job summary

Fischer's Market Management is looking for skilled maintenance technicians to oversee maintenance across our Kerrville-area stores. You will handle preventive maintenance, emergencies, and general upkeep to keep facilities safe and inviting for customers.

You will contribute to our commitment to excellent customer service by ensuring clean, well-maintained stores, fast response times, and adherence to core values such as respect and integrity.

Responsibilities

• Oversee maintenance of all stores in the assigned area, including preventive maintenance and handling emergencies
• Maintain the building and infrastructure, ensuring clean, safe, and functional facilities
• Contribute to fast, friendly customer service by keeping stores well-presented and operational

This includes preventive activities along with emergencies that may occur along with general upkeep of the building and its infrastructure.
