Job summary

Glen Dimplex Americas Ltd. is seeking a Maintenance Technician to repair equipment, perform preventive maintenance on machinery and building systems, and support production with fixtures and tooling.

The ideal candidate will understand plant equipment, troubleshoot effectively, and work with engineering and production teams. Responsibilities include lubrication, alignment, wiring connections, and basic fabrication.

Qualifications

• Minimum of a High School Diploma or GED Equivalent.
• To be competent as a Maintenance Technician the person should have many years of experience working around equipment.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive maintenance on machinery and the building.
• Build fixtures, jigs, carts and other miscellaneous items to support production needs.
• Maintains a working understanding of plant production equipment, systems and facilities.
• Lubricate and adjust production machinery according to prescribed procedures.
• Connects wires to motors and electrical equipment and replaces switches as needed.
