Job summary

McDonald's franchise in Lake Ozark is seeking a Maintenance Person to keep interior and exterior areas clean and equipment running smoothly. You will work with restaurant leadership to ensure daily upkeep and safety standards.

Responsibilities include cleaning, oil fryer filtration, grounds maintenance, lighting, deliveries, and HVAC unit care. Benefits and paid time off are available after meeting eligibility; Archways to Opportunity education support is included where applicable.

Qualifications

• Must be able to perform maintenance tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience in restaurant maintenance preferred.
• Ability to lift 50 lbs and stand for long periods.
• Background check may be required.

Responsibilities

• Filter oil fryers daily.
• Maintain outside grounds and sidewalks.
• Clean equipment, windows, stock rooms and restrooms.
• Unload delivery truck twice a week.
• Take out and empty trash compactor.
• Change light bulbs and replace fixtures.
• Clean HVAC/exhaust units and roof debris.
