Job summary

Ram Hotels is seeking a reliable Maintenance Technician to perform routine and preventative maintenance, as well as troubleshooting and repairing equipment across our facilities. The role requires independence and strong problem-solving abilities to keep operations running smoothly.

The ideal candidate has at least 2 years in a maintenance role and proficiency with hand and power tools, with responsibilities including safety compliance and equipment records.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of experience as a maintenance technician or in a similar role.
• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
• Proficiency with hand and power tools.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine and preventative maintenance tasks, such as cleaning and lubricating equipment, checking and replacing filters, and inspecting systems for proper operation.
• Troubleshoot and repair equipment and systems as needed, including electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems.
• Respond to maintenance requests and emergencies in a timely manner.
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and equipment inventory.
• Follow safety guidelines and procedures to ensure a safe work environment.
• Other duties as assigned.
