Job summary

AbbVie is seeking an experienced Senior Maintenance Technician to independently provide high-level technical support within the maintenance department. The role includes training lower-level technicians on advanced tasks and ensuring reliable equipment and quality standards.

You will participate in root cause investigations, assist cross-functional teams, and support continuous improvement initiatives while strictly following safety and GMP regulations.

Qualifications

• HS diploma with 10+ yrs. experience or relevant certificate with 5+ yrs. experience or associates technical degree with 3+ yrs. experience, or proficient in two or more skilled maintenance functions.
• CMRT (Certified Maintenance and Reliability Technician) or equivalent accreditation desired
• Knowledge and ability to use advanced tools (i.e. machine tools, diagnostic tools, predictive tools)
• Intermediate computer skills (MS Windows). Electrical experience up to 480V is a plus.
• Relevant experience in pharmaceutical packaging or GMP environment is preferred.

• The compensation range described below is the range of possible base pay compensation that the Company believes ingood faith it will pay for this role at thetimeofthis posting based on the job grade for this position.Individual compensation paid within this range will depend on many factors including geographic location, and we may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range. This range may be modified in the future.

• This job is eligible to participate in our short-term incentive programs.
