Perdue Farms is seeking a Maintenance Technician III at our Milford plant to keep machinery running safely, reliably, and at peak performance. You will diagnose, repair, and optimize industrial equipment and collaborate with a diverse team to drive operational excellence.
The role requires 5–8 years in industrial maintenance, a technical degree, and proficiency in hydraulics, mechanics, electrical work, welding and rigging; PLC experience preferred.

Summary
Take your maintenance career to the next level. As a Maintenance Technician III, you’ll bring advanced technical expertise to a collaborative and diverse team focused on keeping plant operations safe, reliable, and running at peak performance. You’ll play a hands-on role in improving machinery performance and maintenance reliability while continuing to expand your skills through on-the-job learning, advanced training, and additional certifications. This role is designed for experienced technicians who have a strong foundation in industrial maintenance systems and are ready to apply their knowledge at a higher level while helping drive operational excellence every day.
This position is eligible for a $7,000 hiring bonus payable in installments over your first 12 months of employment. Terms and Conditions do apply.
