Job summary

Travel + Leisure Co. is seeking a Maintenance Technician II for WorldMark St George Resort. You will maintain HVAC, electrical, plumbing systems and related components to ensure guest comfort and safety in all units and facilities.

Qualifications

• Intermediate knowledge of facilities maintenance including HVAC, electrical, plumbing and general repairs.
• Plumbing maintenance experience with pipes, drains, faucets, disposals, showers and jacuzzi tubs.
• Patching drywall, painting and ceiling repairs; reporting deficiencies to supervisor.
