Job summary

Travel + Leisure Co. in Branson, MO is seeking a Maintenance Tech II to keep guest units and buildings in top condition. You will apply HVAC, electrical, and plumbing skills, perform repairs, and ensure systems operate reliably for vacation experiences.

We value strong customer service, safety compliance, and the ability to work with a team or independently. Starting pay is $18.00/hour, and the role is on-site with our hotel/resort operations in Branson, MO.

Qualifications

• HVAC knowledge and system familiarity.
• Electrical and wiring troubleshooting experience.
• Plumbing maintenance including fixtures and drains.
• General repairs and preventative maintenance experience.
• Customer service oriented with guest-focused attitude.

Responsibilities

• Apply intermediate working knowledge of facilities maintenance such as HVAC, electrical, plumbing and repairs.
• Perform plumbing maintenance on pipes, drains, faucets, disposals, showers and Jacuzzi tubs.
• Replace breakers, ballasts and electrical fixtures; identify hazards.
• Complete preventative maintenance on HVAC and other systems.
• Repair interior walls, ceilings and coverings; patching and painting as needed.
• Inspect building systems and report deficiencies to supervisor; follow safety programs.

How You'll Shine

As a Maintenance Tech II, you'll make dream vacations by providing quality results for our guests by using your maintenance skills, customer service expertise and guaranteeing each unit and building is in perfectly working order.

How You'll Make An Impact

• Apply intermediate working knowledge of facilities maintenance such as HVAC, electrical, plumbing and repairs as needed.
• Performs plumbing maintenance such as pipes, drains, faucets, disposals, showers and Jacuzzi tubs using methods that include soldering, PVC, CPVC and fittings.
• Replaces breakers, ballasts and other electrical fixtures including switches and sockets; prevent and trouble shoot possible electric hazards.
• Completes preventative programs on all systems such as HVAC.
• Complete repairs on interior walls, wall coverings and ceilings by patching drywall, replacing wood or wall coverings or texture and painting.
• Clean and inspect building systems and report deficiencies to supervisor. Adhere to the company's safety programs.
