Job summary

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• 1–3 years' experience in machinery operation or trades preferred.
• Valid CT driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Respond to work orders and perform repairs under the Facilities Manager.
• Maintain the physical plant, focusing on sheetrock, taping, and painting.
• Assist in preventative maintenance and repair of equipment.
• Repair HVAC, electrical, plumbing, lighting, and related systems.
• Provide room renovations and floor/ceiling repairs as directed.
• Operate floor strip/wax machinery and assist with snow removal.
• Complete required trainings and comply with policies.
• Perform other duties to meet program goals.
