Job summary

Express Employment Professionals - Cincinnati East is seeking a Technician II to support manufacturing and engineering teams, maximizing equipment uptime and performing scheduled PMs per CMMS work orders. Under limited supervision, you will handle moderately complex technical tasks related to testing, layout, and fabrication of mechanical components.

You will also inspect tooling, calibrate equipment, follow GMPs and safety standards, and document changes per SOPs.

Qualifications

• Moderate technical knowledge in mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic and electrical systems.
• Strong written and oral communication and technical editing skills.
• Ability to work independently within established procedures and meet safety requirements.

Responsibilities

• Ensure maximum uptime of manufacturing equipment by completing preventive maintenance.
• Provide feedback on maintenance effectiveness and improve instructions.
• Perform scheduled preventive maintenance and meet due dates.
• Collaborate with manufacturing to resolve technical issues on equipment.
• Read and follow SOPs, work instructions and protocols; contribute to updates.
• Document changes to equipment in logbooks and data sheets; maintain records.
