Job summary

EAH Housing in San Jose, CA is seeking a Maintenance Technician II to service Art Ark, a 148-unit affordable family housing community. This on-site role requires 2+ years of apartment maintenance, knowledge in plumbing, electrical and general maintenance, a valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and basic computer skills.

Qualifications

2+ years of apartment maintenance experience.
Knowledge in plumbing, electrical, and general maintenance.
Must have valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
Must have basic computer skills.
Yardi Voyager a plus.

Responsibilities

All facets of lock and key replacement/repair, including weather stripping and door/window functioning.
Interior repairs related to walls and doors.
Electrical repairs including fixtures, lights, plugs and switches.
Change AC filters and perform cleaning/repairs as needed.
Conduct annual unit inspections and ensure turnover within 5 days.
