Job summary

Cintas is seeking a Maintenance Technician II to help maintain an industrial laundry facility. The role includes repairing, maintaining, installing and troubleshooting equipment such as washers, dryers, steam tunnels, and boilers, plus preventive maintenance and welding.

The technician will mentor junior staff and ensure safety while keeping maintenance records. Candidates should have 5+ years of relevant experience, English maintenance literature literacy, blueprint reading ability, and strong

Qualifications

• 5+ years' experience repairing industrial processing equipment in an industrial environment or in the military.
• Ability to read maintenance literature printed in English.
• Experience with and ability to read a blueprint.
• Basic Microsoft Office computer skills.
• Ability to stand for up to 7 hours in an 8 hour shift.
• High School Diploma/GED.

Responsibilities

• Repair, maintain, install and troubleshoot industrial equipment (washers, dryers, steam tunnels, conveyors, boilers).
• Perform preventive/predictive maintenance and welding activities as needed.
• Respond to emergency alarms and maintain maintenance records.
• Identify and monitor work by internal and external service teams.
• Mentor Maintenance Technician I partners and ensure safety standards.
