The AZEK Company in the United States is seeking a Maintenance Technician II to maintain, troubleshoot, and repair production lines in a 24/7 manufacturing environment. You will document maintenance and work independently with minimal supervision while serving as the sole maintenance resource during shifts.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• 1–3 years of experience in a similar maintenance position.
• Stick and wire welding experience.
• Forklift experience or ability to complete forklift certification.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule based on business needs.
• Ability to work independently with minimal assistance.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced, 24/7 manufacturing environment.

Responsabilités

• Ensure production lines and other equipment are properly maintained and operational.
• Maintain guarding and safety equipment on all production lines.
• Follow required Lockout/Tagout (LOTO) procedures, including isolating all forms of energy and applying appropriate personal locks.
• Support and assist with preventive maintenance activities during the shift.
• Contribute to and assist with production line commissioning following maintenance or process events.
• Assist with plant projects as needed.
• Operate in a manner that provides value to the team.
• Interact with vendors and equipment manufacturers as needed.
• Perform additional duties as needed and/or assigned by supervision or management.
