Job summary

Douglas Dynamics is seeking a Maintenance II to install, maintain, and repair machinery and systems in the manufacturing plant and office. You will work with teammates to support customers and drive the business forward.

The role emphasizes TPM, safety, and reliability to keep production running smoothly. Ideal candidates have an Associate degree or 2–5 years of related experience, with TPM and maintenance software exposure.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or 2–5 years of related experience preferred.
• Experience with TPM, maintenance software, Excel, and Google search tools desired.
• Ability to read, write, and interpret drawings, manuals, and work orders.

Responsibilities

• Perform general repairs and preventive maintenance on machinery, equipment, and related systems.
• Layout, install, and modify plumbing and electrical for machines and tooling.
• Diagnose minor problems and repair/replace defective components and controls.
