Job summary

At DICK’S Sporting Goods, a Maintenance Tech II supports conveyor systems and facility assets, applying OSHA/LOTO safety and PM standards. The role includes troubleshooting, repairs, and documentation to keep the distribution center running smoothly.

Shifts are 1st, 7:00am-3:30pm, Monday-Friday, with a pay rate of $29.50 per hour. The position requires 3-5 years of hands-on experience and an associate degree or equivalent technical training.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or technical certificate in mechanical or electrical field.
• 3-5 years of maintenance experience in facility or conveyors.
• Knowledge of PLCs, hydraulics, pneumatics and gear boxes.
• Familiar with DC software packages and building drawings.
• Ability to read electrical/mechanical schematics and maintain safety.

Responsibilities

• Adhere to OSHA/Loto safety requirements and safe work practices.
• Maintain, troubleshoot, and repair facility and conveyance equipment.
• Follow PM standards and document work in asset system.
• Train junior technicians and assist in vendor projects.
• Support DC operations and other duties as needed.
