Graphic Packaging International is seeking a Staffing & Compliance Specialist to oversee CBA compliance, union bidding, and scheduling for about 150 staff across facilities. This role ensures legal staffing, labor stability, and operational continuity.

You will manage ADP data entry, outage calendars, and training scheduling, and coordinate regulatory compliance. A high school diploma with 2+ years related experience is required; the company offers a comprehensive benefits package.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

This position iscritical infrastructure. Daily responsibilities directly impact our legal compliance, labor stability, and operational continuity:

• CBA Compliance & Risk Mitigation: holds sole responsibility for ensuring all staffing strictly adheres to Collective Bargaining Agreement (CBA) mandates, directly protecting the company from costly union grievances and labor disputes.
• Workforce Deployment: engineers and executes the entire union bidding process and vacancy postings, ensuring positions are filled systematically and legally.
• Logistics & Scheduling Continuity: owns the end-to-end scheduling architecture, pushing weekly schedules to the shop floors and managing ADP data entry for all 150 personnel.
• Operational Readiness: choreographs complex outage calendars and vacation schedules, resolving time-off conflicts to ensure our plants are never understaffed during critical operational windows.
• Regulatory Compliance: directs and documents all safety and operational training scheduling, ensuring our entire workforce remains legally certified to step onto the floor.

Pay Range
