Job summary

The LEGO Group in United States is seeking a Maintenance Technician II to keep production and packaging equipment running safely and reliably. You will perform preventive and corrective maintenance, troubleshoot diverse systems, and support line changeovers in a rotating day/night schedule.

Responsibilities

• Ensure safe and reliable operation of production and packaging equipment.

• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives (Lean, Kaizen, etc.).
• Assist in training and mentoring Maintenance Technician I team members.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment and actively support safety initiatives.

Job Description Are you an experienced technician ready to take the next step in your career? As a Maintenance Technician II, you will play a key role in maintaining equipment reliability and supporting efficient production operations. In this role, you will work independently, troubleshoot equipment issues, and contribute to continuous improvement efforts while collaborating with engineers and fellow technicians.

Starting Pay: $31.45/hour (paid weekly) Shift Differential: 10% for night shift Schedule: Rotating 2-2-3 shift pattern (day and night shifts)

What You’ll Do
