Thesciongroupllc is looking for a Facilities Technician II in Oklahoma to oversee maintenance and repairs in student living environments. The role requires a technician with at least 3–5 years of experience and HVAC certification/EPA 608 certification, focusing on the functionality and safety of property systems.

This position responds to maintenance and repair service requests, carries out preventive maintenance tasks, prepares apartments for turnovers, and stays on top of requesting required supplies in a timely manner. The Facilities Technician II ensures safety and functionality of the property’s buildings and equipment and ensures optimal service is provided to our customers.
