AvalonBay Communities in Artesia, CA is hiring a Maintenance Technician II to perform repairs across HVAC, electrical, plumbing and general maintenance, ensuring timely service requests and move-in readiness.
You will diagnose problems, complete repairs to company standards, and participate in preventive maintenance while maintaining safety.
Must hold a valid driver’s license, be able to work on-call rotation, and communicate effectively with residents and team.

The Maintenance Technician is responsible for executing maintenance requests by diagnosing problems and making repairs in order to maintain the physical condition of the community and to ensure that service requests and repairs are made in a timely manner.
