Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum of four (4) years of maintenance and repair experience.
• Strong working knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and mechanical systems.
• Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and schematics.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine maintenance and repairs on HVAC, plumbing, electrical, mechanical, and building systems.
• Maintain hospital infrastructure, including walls, floors, ceilings, and roofs.
• Respond promptly to emergency maintenance requests.
• Assist with installation of new equipment and systems.
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and equipment inventory.
• Follow all safety, regulatory, and hospital standards.
