Job summary

7-Eleven in the United States is hiring a Multi Skilled Maintenance Technician I to keep our stores running smoothly, from Slurpee machines to fuel dispensers. You will respond to service requests, perform minor repairs, and help ensure equipment is reliable for customers.

This role requires a High School Diploma or GED, at least 1 year of maintenance experience, and a valid driver’s license. We offer a sign-on bonus, comprehensive benefits, 401(k), PTO, and opportunities to advance.

Qualifications

• Education: High School Diploma or GED preferred
• Experience: 1+ years in general repairs and maintenance
• Valid Driver’s License
• Skills: Leadership, peer-to-peer tech support, effective communication, time management

Responsibilities

• Respond to service requests for minor repairs to in-store equipment including beverage, food equipment, ice makers and fuel dispensers
• Handle orders related to plumbing, electrical and general maintenance issues
• Manage parts inventory and complete daily reports to improve efficiency
• Train other level I technicians and assist with prioritizing work
