Job summary

QXO is seeking a Maintenance Technician in Fayetteville, NC to perform routine maintenance on equipment and facility systems. You will inspect and troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and industrial assets, interpret manuals, and document activities to minimize downtime.

You will work independently within a fast-paced manufacturing/industrial environment, uphold safety standards, and contribute to continuous improvement while coordinating with teams.

Qualifications

• Basic knowledge of mechanical, electrical, or industrial systems.
• Mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn.
• Basic knowledge of hand and power tools.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
