Trinity Property Consultants in Chesapeake, VA is seeking a Maintenance Technician I to support property upkeep, complete routine repairs and develop essential trade skills for advancement in multifamily maintenance.
You will care for property grounds, perform make-ready tasks, handle basic repairs, assist with inspections, and respond to on-call and emergency service requests while maintaining safety and quality in a resident-focused environment.

Compensation: $20 to $25 hourly, depending on experience, plus lease renewal bonuses.
Schedule: Monday through Friday, 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m., with participation in an on-call rotation.

This position will require availability for nights, weekends, and holidays as needed. Active participation in team functions and regional or company activities is expected.
Physical Demands
This position necessitates regular periods of sitting, standing, walking, climbing, bending, kneeling, reaching as well as use of hands and arms. The role may require lifting to 50 pounds independently. The ability to respond promptly to both visual and auditory alarms is essential. Specific vision requirements include the ability to use close vision, distance vision, color vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus. The team member must be able to work both indoors and outdoors under various weather conditions, including rain, snow, heat, hail, wind, and sleet. Working at a personal computer for administrative tasks and using mobile devices while in the field is required.
