Job summary

TAG Manufacturing Inc. seeks a Maintenance Tech to support the maintenance team in reducing downtime and keeping production flowing. You will perform preventive maintenance, install and test components, and keep equipment in peak condition on a team-focused shift.

Ideal candidates will have a high school diploma or GED, basic computer skills, and familiarity with power tools and maintenance manuals. Experience with welding, forklifts, cranes, and hydraulics is preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Ability to read and understand equipment manuals with maintenance guidance.
• Familiarity with power and hand tools such as impacts, drills, torque wrenches, and grinders.
• Basic computer skills.
• Experience with welding equipment, forklifts, cranes, and hydraulics preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct preventative maintenance and inspections per maintenance guidelines.
• Install, assemble, perform small repairs and tests on products or equipment.
• Maintain inventory of parts and tools used for restocking.
• Complete written records of work performed onsite.
• Maintain a safe and clean work environment; follow all TAG policies and safety protocols.
