Job summary

Zendex Tool Corp in Danbury, CT, is seeking a Maintenance Technician Level 1 to support preventative maintenance across CNC lathes, machining centers, laser cutters, conveyors, and related equipment. You will ensure machines run smoothly and coordinate with production teams to minimize downtime.

Responsibilities include scheduled maintenance, inspecting fluids and filters, maintaining logs, and upholding safety protocols.

Qualifications

• Experience with manufacturing maintenance is a plus.
• Ability to follow standard operating procedures.
• Attention to detail and safety.
• Ability to lift 50 lbs.
• Basic English communication is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Perform scheduled preventative maintenance on manufacturing equipment.
• Inspect and replace coolant, lubricants, and filters.
• Maintain maintenance logs and records.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations.
• Coordinate with supply chain for spare parts.
• Troubleshoot mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic issues.
• Work with production teams to minimize downtime.
