Post Consumer Brands in Asheboro, NC is seeking a hands-on Maintenance Technician to support mechanical, electrical, and electronic maintenance across our highly automated production lines. You will troubleshoot equipment, respond to production trouble calls, and drive reliability improvements while adhering to strict food safety and quality standards.
The role offers a 2-2-3 rotating schedule with built-in overtime and occasional weekend coverage.

The Post Consumer Brands plant in Asheboro, NC, features some of the most modern cereal production technology in the industry and the facility has quadrupled in size since it opened in 2007. Asheboro's 200+ team members produce some of our newest and most innovative cereals, like Oreo Puff's cereal! While there is plenty to do right in Asheboro, the town is only a few hours from the Atlantic Ocean in one direction and the Blue Ridge Mountains in the other direction.
This role supports mechanical, electrical, and electronic maintenance across plant production equipment. You’ll help maintain equipment reliability, respond to production issues, and support strong safety, food safety, and quality practices in a clean, highly automated manufacturing environment.
Schedule: 5:45 PM - 5:50 AM 2-2-3 rotation with built-in overtime and every other weekend off
