Job summary
Cintas Corporation in North Las Vegas, NV is seeking a Maintenance Technician I to support an industrial laundry facility. Responsibilities include repairing, maintaining, installing and troubleshooting equipment such as washers, dryers, steam tunnels, conveyors and boilers, and performing preventive maintenance.
Ideal candidates have 2+ years in industrial equipment repair, can read English maintenance literature and blueprints, and can stand for long shifts.
Qualifications
- 2+ years' experience repairing industrial processing equipment in an industrial environment or in the military.
- Ability to read maintenance literature printed in English.
- Experience with and ability to read a blueprint.
- Ability to stand for up to 7 hours in an 8 hour shift.
- High School Diploma/GED.
Responsibilities
- Repairing, maintaining, installing and troubleshooting industrial equipment and systems including washers, dryers, steam tunnels, conveyors and boilers.
- Performing preventive/predictive maintenance and maintaining maintenance records.
- Resolving safety concerns and assisting with housekeeping tasks.
- Monitoring inventory supplies and maintaining maintenance records.
- Contributing to plant maintenance programs and safety compliance.
