Hyatt Vacation Club seeks a Maintenance Technician I to support Owners and guests, handling preventive maintenance, repairs, and guest repair requests to ensure memorable vacation experiences. The position emphasizes safety, teamwork, and service while contributing to a welcoming, inclusive culture.

Ideal candidates will assist with basic maintenance tasks, respond to guest needs, and participate in ongoing training.

Responsabilités

• Performs Villa Care Preventive Maintenance tasks as assigned (e.g., basic painting; basic repairs such as replacing lightbulbs).
• Performs minor building repairs as assigned.
• Responds and attends to guest repair requests.
• Performs general engineering-related inventory duties.
• Participate in regular training for safety, technical knowledge, and career development as applicable.
