Job summary

PAM Health is seeking a Maintenance Tech I to support day-to-day operations of hospital facilities in San Antonio. The role focuses on operating department equipment, performing routine maintenance, and ensuring a safe environment for staff and patients.

Ideal candidates have a high school diploma and 1–2 years of maintenance experience; electrical license is a plus. Training is available, and there is a focus on growth, flexible scheduling, and supportive leadership within our PAMily.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Electrical maintenance license preferred but not required (training available).
• 1-2 years related maintenance experience; hospital maintenance experience preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Operate and maintain department equipment to ensure safety and reliability.
• Perform routine facility maintenance and respond to maintenance requests.
• Provide security in absence of a security officer and assist with related duties.
